Do you struggle with Self-Confidence? We all do, at one time or another.
In my blog “5 ways to Prove You’re Never Alone, and that Life CAN get Better,” I wrote about being brave enough to make the best choices for ourselves.
Sometimes, though, our lack of self-confidence, or self-esteem, can get in the way of our making the best decisions for ourselves.
This is where our Self comes in (I wrote about our Self in the same blog named above). As a reminder, our Self is our higher power (whatever you believe in, whether it be God, the Universe, Mother Nature, etc).
Our higher power is made of only Love. And Love is perfect. It’s kind, caring, supportive, encouraging, and wise.
So, since our Self is our higher power, and our higher power is only Love, that means that we are made of only Love. Therefore, we are made of only positivity and perfection.
Being made of only Love, then, means that there is nothing wrong with us (we can still try to improve aspects of ourselves that we would like to be stronger, but there’s nothing wrong with who we ARE). Which means that we have pure confidence bursting from within us. And we are inherently born with everything we need in order to get through this life.
Think about it: what if you felt like you were made perfectly, and there was nothing wrong with you? That you had everything you needed to go through this world, already inside of you?
Would you stand tall and more proudly? Would you feel more confident?
You can feel that way. It’s all a change in perspective.
Once you make that change in perspective, your entire being lights up.
Then you are ready to make decisions that may feel scary or uncomfortable. Because you know that no matter what happens, you are doing the right thing, and you’re equipped to handle anything that may be thrown your way.
So, listen to your Gut GuideTM, and when you have a choice to make, make the choice that’s truly best for you. Know that you are capable of making tough choices, and handling anything that comes with them.
That’s the way to lead a happier and more fulfilled life…which is why we’re here in the first place!
Now tell me, are you in need of self-confidence? Will tuning into your Self and higher power bring you more inner strength? How will you use your newfound confidence? What tough choice have you been putting off, that you will now be brave enough to make?
Let us know in the comments, so we can all inspire each other to do what we need to do!
All my love and hugs,
Steph
